On 01/22/2022, from 06:43 AM UTC until 06:58 AM UTC, few customers using GoToWebinar and GoToTraining APIs would have experienced connection issues.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
