As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo Connect API will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: October 28, 2022, 12:30 AM UTC to 1:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 30-minute maintenance window.

What to expect: During a brief period of the maintenance window, the Call Reports API will return HTTP 500 errors, and https://my.jive.com/cr and https://app.goto.com/analytics will not load properly.
